I found the hotel easily accessible to important locations. The staff was always helpful with directions. The breakfast service on the top floor included various options. I thought the fresh pastries were tasty and well-prepared, with quality ingredients.

The elevators were somewhat small. They only fit a few people at a time. This sometimes caused minor delays.

perfect location helpful staff efficient service

The location was perfect. i walked to major attractions easily. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially when i needed directions. i also appreciated that they arranged a taxi for my early morning departure. It was very efficient.

the ventilation wasn't optimal, there was a noticeable smell. i had to keep the windows open constantly. this was a bit challenging .

my double room had nice decorations and felt very clean. the room service was prompt and efficient. the shower was clean, and the overall space was quite comfortable for a single traveler.

we arrived early and the hotel staff kindly stored our bags. when we returned, a helpful maintenance worker guided us to our room. our bags had already been placed there (a nice touch!). the front desk staff also helped with transport to the airport during a train strike.

the bar and restaurant prices felt quite high. i think they cater to tourists, but i hoped for better value.

Excellent Location with Friendly Staff

The breakfast included a great selection and delicious options. The staff in the dining room were amazing. I had a romantic dinner at the hotel. The service was the best I have ever encountered while traveling. The jazz bar was fabulous. It had a real 1930s vibe and talented musicians. The location was fantastic and close to tourist sites restaurants and shopping.

The elevators were slow and small it took a little while to get up and down during peak times.

Excellent Location Near Spanish Steps

The hotel's location is amazing I found it easy to reach Via del Corso plus the Spanish Steps. The rooftop breakfast area is a very nice amenity. I appreciated the efficient elevators. The staff were excellent and responded quickly to requests.

The room was small but that is expected given that the hotel is in a major city. I had some trouble operating the antiquated light switches. I think that the hotel could add adapters for international travelers.
